For whom: For soloists and orchestral/ensemble instrumentalists of classical music, including chamber music and early music as major subjects.
Key features: High-level classical education and soloist training on the major instrument; practice-oriented; extensive rehearsing with ensembles and orchestras; with transtraditional characteristics, such as performing with musicians from various musical traditions and elements from global music history; with teaching modules such as didactics; historical counterpoint and performance practice; project-based with sound workshops; modules for careers such as musician health/music curation; innovative modules such as music and AI, and much more.
Examples of major subjects: keyboard instruments (piano, harpsichord); plucked instruments (guitar, lute); brass instruments (horn, trumpet, trombone, saxophone, tuba); string instruments (violin, viola, cello, double bass); woodwind instruments (clarinet, flute, transverse flute, oboe, bassoon); percussion.
