Snežana Nena Brzaković studied opera and concert singing as well as singing pedagogy in Belgrade, Serbia and Berlin, Germany. She continued her artistic training in Berlin and also went on to specialise in functional breathing technique for singers and wind players graduating with honours. Whilst singing professionally Brzakovic began teaching singers in her area of expertise and was engaged at the Hanns Eisler Music School in Berlin. In 2007 she founded the Institute for Singing and Breathing Training in Berlin and has since had the opportunity to work with many professional singers. Her work provides support for singers in role preparation and technique in order to sustain healthy and efficient singing technique and career longevity. Brzakovic regularly gives masterclasses worldwide ( Singapore, Mexico, Kuala Lumpur, Spain, Germany, Slovenia, Kroatia, Latvia and as a guest professor at the Ljubljana Conservatoire in Slovenia and the Academy of Music in Vilnius, Lithuania and Conservatorio Nacional de Musica de Mexico City as well. 
She is also regularly invited to be a jury member for international singing competitions and gives talks on her work at congresses for singing pedagogy. Her most recent talk was 2024 at global video conference about singing technique and breathing at Conservatorio Nacional de Música de Mexico City.

Brzakovic became the artistic director of the international masterclass and opera festival "Oper Oder Spree" in Germany for which she has worked as a voice coach since 2007. Brzakovic not only invests her time working with young singers but also as the vocal coach of the Staatsoper Berlin children's chorus. She has been engaged as a vocal coach for children and young soloists in many projects with Sir Simon Rattle ,Zubin Mehta and Daniel Barenboim.
Brzakovic's work as vocal coach for the "Junges Consortium Berlin" youth choir contributed to the group winning three gold medals at the International Choir Grand Prix 2017. 
Alongside her work with children and young people Brzakovic supports opera singers worldwide from Cuba, Brazil, the Baltics, Italy, Austria, USA as well as Germany. Her students are successful singers working in opera houses such as Staatsoper Berlin, Komische Oper Berlin, Bolshoi Theatre Moscow, Metropolitan Opera, La Scala and many other German houses.

Since she is an examination expert at International Swiss Opera Studio at Hochschule der Künste Bern/Biel in Switzerland.
