Master of Music
The Academy of Music Berlin offers the degree Master of Music (Music Education Classical and Music Education Jazz / Pop) from WiSe 2018/19.
The cooperation between the Akademie für Musik Berlin and the Kalaidos Musikhochschule includes conducting bachelor and master programs in music with a specialization in classical and jazz / popular music. The Academy of Music Berlin is responsible for the operational implementation of the studies on the basis of the Kalaido University of Music curriculum. The Kalaidos Music Academy is responsible for the acceptance of all examinations and quality control. She is also responsible for issuing the diplomas. Students in this cooperation are enrolled at the Kalaidos Music Academy as well as at the Academy of Music Berlin.
The degree is obtained in cooperation with the KalaidosUniversity of Music in Zurich, which is recognized in Germany and internationally, and the standard period of study for this master's program is four semesters.
